Unazuki Grand Hotel offers the typical Japanese cuisine that uses mainly the fresh seafood of the Toyama bay.
The Toyama bay is that the fish is delicious in Japan. The yellowtail fish, the crab, the prawn, the firefly squid (which has an uncanny shine),white shrimp, and the ivory shell shellfish, etc. can take famous and a variety of kinds of seafoods in all seasons as a material of the sushi in the Toyama bay.
